About You:  

Creative Education Trust is looking for an experienced HR professional to join us as a Regional HR Business Partner. You’ll work closely with Principals / Headteachers and senior leaders across multiple schools, providing expert advice across the full people management agenda and helping to create well‑run, high‑performing environments where colleagues and students thrive.

In this role, you will:

  • Build strong, confident relationships with school leaders
  • Advise on complex employee relations, performance, attendance and change management
  • Coach and develop School HR Officers to ensure consistent HR practice
  • Support organisational change and people‑focused initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Trust policies, safeguarding and statutory processes
  • Use data and insight to identify trends and drive improvement
  • Contribute to Trust‑wide HR projects, training and networks

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are resilient, proactive and solutions‑focused
  • Have strong experience in employee relations casework and HR systems
  • Can influence senior leaders and navigate challenge
  • Communicate clearly and pragmatically
  • Champion fairness, inclusion and high expectations
  • Hold CIPD Level 5+ and up‑to‑date HR legislation knowledge
  • Are confident working across multiple sites

About the HR Department:

Our HR Team provides professional, pragmatic and solutions‑focused support to all Creative Education Trust schools across the full employee lifecycle. We deliver the Trust’s People Strategy, helping each academy become a great place to work and Creative Education Trust an employer of choice. We work closely with Principals and Headteachers to build strong, high‑performing teams by supporting recruitment, employee relations, pay and recognition, equality of opportunity and wellbeing. As a collaborative and experienced team, we play a key role in shaping the culture, capability and consistency that underpin excellent education for our students.
