What skills and experience we're looking for

You will need:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Substantial experience in a senior HR / Generalist role
  • Strong employment law knowledge
  • L&D Experience
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Line management experience would be an advantage but not essential

Flexible working opportunities

This post will be either home-based or working from the GLT Shared Service office in Oru Sutton, with regular travel to GLT schools as required.
