Regional HR Partner (Norwich/Suffolk) job summary
Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT) has an exciting opportunity available for a Regional HR Partner to join our people team. Overseeing academies in our East region, the ideal location for the successful candidate to be based are the areas around Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Suffolk.
Working closely with the academy HR staff, academy leaders, payroll, and various other Trust Services functions you will work to ensure a comprehensive and valuable HR service is delivered to allowing academies to deliver a focus on improving educational outcomes for all our pupils.
You will be supporting HR staff and leaders in academies in a range of employee relations matters and case work, providing advice and guidance, ensuring legislative requirements are met and school needs are met effectively and efficiently. You will act as primary point of contact for all HR matters within your allocated region, whilst also supporting HR services across the wider Trust as part of the central people team.

About you:
The role requires liaising with internal departments and external agencies, so you will need to be confident, reliable, and highly organised. You will have a CIPD qualification or extensive experience in a generalist HR role within a faced paced environment or ideally in education.
