Regional Officer - Midlands job summary
Location: Regional Office, Greenwood Academy, Birmingham/Tamworth Enterprise College, Tamworth, Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 + wellbeing cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

As a Regional Officer, you'll play a vital role in:
* Supporting regional governance: Ensuring effective oversight and compliance across our schools.
* Providing administrative support: Assisting Regional Education Directors in their day-to-day responsibilities.
* Building solid relationships: Collaborating with school leaders, staff, and external stakeholders.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
* Essential: L2 qualifications (GCSE Maths and English), experience in an administrative setting, excellent IT skills.
* Desirable: L3+ qualifications, experience in education or a related field, leadership skills.
