Initially focused at Springwell Leeds Academy, this role has exciting scope to help develop therapeutic support across other NWYSP and Wellspring Trust schools.

About Us

We operate as a single, cohesive system comprising schools for SEMH, PMLD, generic special educational needs, and a PRU. This unique partnership allows us to harness shared resources and expertise, fostering innovation and resilience.

When you join us, you become part of a forward-thinking team committed to sharing best practices and providing first-class professional development, ensuring every member of our community can thrive.
