The successful candidate will provide strategic management, accountability and support to local leaders and charity boards across the region. They will champion excellent community practice, enable sustainable growth, and ensure local teams are equipped to deliver meaningful impact within the communities they serve.

About Oasis

Oasis neighbourhoods are vibrant hubs of activity, bringing together integrated, high-quality services that support the whole person and the whole community. These services can include foodbanks, debt advice, family support, healthcare, youth work, children's work and education through Oasis Academies, alongside many other initiatives tailored to local needs.

Everything we do is inspired by the Oasis ethos, which is rooted in our Christian foundation and shapes how we work with one another and the communities we serve. Our ethos is expressed through:

  • A passion to include everyone
  • A desire to treat everyone equally and celebrate difference
  • A commitment to healthy and open relationships
  • A deep sense of hope that transformation is always possible
  • A spirit of perseverance and long-term commitment

The Youth and Community function plays a vital role in delivering this vision, working alongside colleagues from across the Oasis family to support thriving neighbourhoods and stronger communities.

Oasis Community Partnerships is the national charity that provides leadership and support for this work, while local delivery is undertaken through individual Oasis charities embedded within their communities.
