We are looking for people who are:
-Caring and compassionate - you genuinely want to make a difference.
-Fun, enthusiastic and creative - you know that learning can happen in all sorts of ways.
-Patient and resilient - you understand that progress is sometimes measured in small steps, and those steps deserve to be celebrated.
-Flexible and adaptable - you can think on your feet and respond to individual needs.
-Positive and encouraging - you help pupils believe in themselves and recognise their achievements.
-Team players - you enjoy working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, families and colleagues.
-Committed to inclusion - you believe every pupil deserves the opportunity to shine.
