Reprographics and Resources Administrator job summary

Ormiston Sudbury Academy are looking for a well organised and enthusiastic person to provide to provide an efficient professional Reprographics and Resources service to the students and staff of the academy.

The role is part time for 15 hours per week (11:30am-2:30pm daily) for 39 weeks per year (school term time working).

The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient professional Reprographics and Resources service to the students and staff of Ormiston Sudbury Academy.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to work to deadlines and be able to manage their own workload to ensure that all tasks are appropriately prioritised.
  • Have a good eye for visual design and accuracy.
  • Be a dedicated team player who develops excellent relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Be flexible and support other administrative task with their duties if required.
  • Be a professional who models high expectations and promotes positive behaviour.

Ormiston Sudbury Academy is based in the market town of Sudbury, which is in the southwest of Suffolk, near the Essex border. It has been part of OAT for over 10 years, joining the trust in September 2012. The school is an 11-18 co-educational academy with just over 700 students.
