Experience

Use of ICT applications including word processing, spreadsheets, email etc. (Essential)

Administrative experience. (Essential)

Previous experience of working within an educational establishment and an understanding of business needs in the context of school life. (Desirable)

Experience of liaising with outside agencies, stakeholders or other professionals. (Essential)

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and balance priorities, maintaining high standards whilst working accurately and effectively. (Essential)



Skills

A sound understanding of reprographics technology.(Essential)

An artistic flair for the layout and production of documents and brochures. (Desirable)

Word processing and ICT skills – able to use a range of software packages. (Essential)

Literate – excellent standard of grammar, punctuation and spelling.(Essential)

Able to operate effectively as a member of a team and with minimum supervision. (Essential)

Knowledge of GDPR legislation. (Essential)

Self-motivated and flexible – to meet peaks and flows of work. (Essential)

Good time management skills – be able to prioritise work. (Essential)
