Reprographics Officer job summary
We are looking to appoint a suitably skilled Reprographics Officer to provide high-quality reprographic, printing, and administrative support services to staff and departments across the school, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials that support teaching, learning, and school operations.
The successful candidate will carry out a comprehensive, professional and customer focused reprographics service, in addition to taking responsibility for carrying out administrative services to support the school.
You will have good IT skills along with strong organisational and time-management. The ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines is essential, along with attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
As a school, we received an ‘Outstanding’ grade in all categories from Ofsted in 2014, 2018 and have maintained this standard in our most recent inspection in 2024. We would like to offer you the chance to work alongside a dedicated, friendly and hardworking Teaching and Support Staff Team.
