Reprographics Technician job summary

We are looking to appoint a Reprographics Technician to join our administration team in delivering excellent support to teaching and learning. You will be responsible for providing an effective reprographic service to staff as well as liaising with suppliers to maintain stock and equipment within the department. While experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential as training will be given. Candidates must be confident in the use of Microsoft Office and be willing to learn how to use the school’s reprographic machines.

The role is term time only, plus one Inset Day in September and one day of holiday work at the end of August.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise and adapt when working under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and students.
  • The ability to manage, monitor and maintain accurate stock/equipment records.
  • Accuracy and an eye for detail.
