Reprographics Technician job summary

THE ROLE

We are seeking an organised and proactive Reprographics Technician to lead our busy print and reprographics service. You will oversee the production of high-quality learning resources, exam papers, display materials, and school publications, ensuring fast turnaround times for teaching and leadership teams. Key duties include operating print-room machinery, managing equipment maintenance and stock, creating graphic designs, administering student/staff ID cards on Arbor, and providing general operational support.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications: GCSE Grade C/4+ in English and Maths (or equivalent). Level 3 qualification in design, IT, or administration desirable.

Experience: Experience in print room operations, secondary education, or Arbor/MIS management is desirable but not essential.

Key Skills: Excellent administrative and IT skills, strong time management under tight deadlines, clear communication, discreet handling of confidential materials, and a firm commitment to student safeguarding.
