Reprographics and Technical Resources Operative job summary
We wish to appoint a Reprographics and Technical Resources Operative to provide high-quality printing, photocopying, and reprographic services to staff and students across the Academy.
As Reprographics Technician you will ensure the efficient operation of the reprographics room, supporting the preparation of teaching resources and materials to meet the needs of the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality printed materials including worksheets, exam papers, posters, and displays.
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of materials as requested by Academy staff.
Assist with the laminating and binding of documents when required.
Operate and maintain photocopiers, printers, and other reprographics equipment, and liaise with internal IT and service company as appropriate.
Monitor stock levels of paper, ink, and other consumables, and place orders when necessary.
Organise and manage the reprographics room, ensuring it is clean, safe, and well-stocked.
Support the IT team with technical resources.
Follow health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with school policies.
