Helston Community College, part of Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, are seeking a dedicated, resilient and compassionate Reset Room Coordinator & Pastoral Support Assistant to join our pastoral team. This is a key role in supporting students who require additional behavioural, emotional and social support, enabling them to succeed both academically and personally.You will coordinate and help supervise our Reset Room, ensuring it operates as a calm, controlled environment where students can reflect on their behaviour, complete work and re-engage positively with learning.
