RESOURCE BASE TEACHER
MPS/UPS NEGOTIABLE + SEN ALLOWANCE
The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to appoint a Resource Base Class Teacher to work at Highfield Junior and Infant School resource base provisions within the trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lively and enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for SEND and Inclusion, who is committed to achieving excellent outcomes for the students in our Resource Base, enabling them to thrive and be included with their mainstream peers successfully within our unique settling.
The successful candidate will have high expectations and demonstrate a calm, positive and consistent approach towards pupils with Autism and/or pupils with social and communication difficulties and complex SEND. The successful candidate will promote inclusive and adaptable teaching and learning strategies which follow a tailored curriculum that supports the development of the whole child.
