The Marches School is seeking to appoint an exceptional leader to establish and lead our resourced provision for students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
This is a pivotal role within our inclusive school, offering the opportunity to design and deliver provision that enables young people with SEND to thrive within both specialist and mainstream education.
You will lead a provision for up to 25 students, shaping pathways, provision and practice so that every learner can achieve, belong and succeed.
About the role
This is a pivotal role within our school. You will lead a resourced provision for up to 25 students, ensuring that every young person receives the right support, in the right place, at the right time.
The role combines teaching (approximately 60%) with leadership of provision, including pathways, staff deployment and multi-agency working.
