• Contract type: Permanent
• Pay scale: Grade 7 or 8 (points 14-19 or 20-24), depending on experience £27,334 - £29,777 or £30,296 - £33,024 (£24,081- £26,233 or £26,690 - £29,094 pro-rata depending on experience)

What skills and experience we're looking for

This is a key role within our inclusion team which ensures that all students can access support whilst attending Tanbridge House School. Reporting to our Inclusion Manager (Behaviour), you will manage our “Responsibility 4 Learning” provision for those students who require additional support in helping them access mainstream lessons. This will involve managing our R4L room, working with students to reflect and repair negative behaviours and situations, liaising with colleagues to collate work and effectively support students’ learning. This role is an integral part of our Inclusion team, in particular, working together as part of our staff in “The Bridge”.
