What skills and experience we're looking for
The governors would like to appoint one member of support staff to the role of Room Lead Nursery Assistant to work in our new daycare provision which we plan to open in January 2025. This will cater for children from 9 months – 2 years old. The role will work on a shift pattern all year round with the nursery being open from 8am – 6pm.
Experience of working with early years children is essential with at least an early years’ level three qualification. We are looking for members of staff who work well as team players and have had experience of leading and managing teams successfully. The candidate will have the ability to form positive relationships with young children, parents and staff quickly.
