What skills and experience we're looking for
36.75 hours per week Monday - Friday 8.15am-4.00pm (x3 days) 8.15am-4:15pm (x1 day) 8.15am-3.45pm (x1 day) with a 30-minute lunch break - Term time only including INSET days - Start date: October 2026
We have an exciting position for a full-time room leader to join our friendly supportive team.
We have a lovely, hardworking team of staff and delightful children who deserve the best people working with them.
Key responsibilities are:
- Lead the effective day-to-day management of the room, ensuring high standards, compliance and resource management
- Support the development and performance of staff through mentoring, guidance and training opportunities
- Promote children’s learning, progress and wellbeing through quality EYFS practise, observation, and inclusive support
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals to enhance children’s development and engagement
