Room Leader

Salary: £32,068 - £33,620 per annum

Location: Langley, Berkshire

Hours: 40 hours per week over 50 weeks of the year. Shifts between 8am and 6pm.

Are you passionate about early childhood education and excited by the opportunity to work in a new nursery? Bring your know-how and enthusiasm to shape an inspiring early years environment where curiosity, exploration and discovery thrive.

As a confident team leader, you'll guide and develop colleagues within your room (pre-school, 2-3 or baby room), while nurturing a group of key children through meaningful relationships and personalised care. You’ll bring a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (or equivalent), along with hands-on experience supporting children in a caring environment. With excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to inclusion, you'll build trusted relationships with children, families and colleagues alike.
