Safeguarding and Attendance Administrator job summary

About the role:

We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional Safeguarding and Attendance Administrator to provide essential support to our safeguarding and pastoral teams. This key role involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring attendance, supporting safeguarding processes, liaising with pupils, families and external agencies, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Working closely with pastoral, SEND and leadership colleagues, you will play an important part in promoting pupil welfare, strengthening attendance and contributing to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
