What skills and experience we're looking for

-Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

-Skills in the use of ICT systems to produce emails, letters, and reports as necessary

-Strong organisation and planning skills with attention to detail

-Excellent interpersonal skills – able to deal confidently and effectively with a wide range of people at all levels.

-Ability to produce high quality, accurate, documentation including correspondence, reports and management information

-Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities

-Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage difficult situations

-Demonstrate a positive team approach to work.

-Ability to work on own initiative.

-To have a willingness to participate in the whole school approach to mentoring students and play an active role as directed by line manager.

-Willingness to undertake regular and on-going training to support the fulfilment of statutory and school requirements for safeguarding

-Ability to lead and Line manage a team in line with the Mission and Vision of the school and Minerva Learning Trust
