Are you a dynamic, people-focused professional looking to make a real impact in education? We are recruiting for a School Administrator to join our vibrant and supportive admin team, serving the families and staff across our seven schools.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Based at one of our Exeter schools, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our schools—handling enquiries, supporting families, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing phone calls and reception duties to coordinating key services like nurseries, school trips, and wrap-around care, no two days will be the same.
  • Experience of MS Teams, Word, Excel, and OneNote preferred, but candidates must have a clear and demonstrable aptitude for IT systems.
  • You’ll be equipped with the latest tech, including Microsoft 365 and our bespoke management systems, and supported by a collaborative team that values initiative and a “can-do” attitude.

What We're looking For

  • Exceptionally personable with strong communication skills (in person and on the phone)
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneNote, Excel)
  • A team player with a “get the job done” attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities

What we Offer

  • Competitive salary: £23,943 full time equivalent plus holiday allowance / approx. £22,636 actual salary for a 40-week year.
  • Generous pension scheme
  • Health & wellbeing benefits
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Subsidised meals from our in-house chefs
  • Professional development
  • Discounted childcare in our clubs and holiday schemes
  • State-of-the-art IT equipment

Working Hours

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (30-minute lunch break) for 40 weeks a year (term time plus 5 non-pupil days plus an additional 5 days in the school holidays)

Closing Date: 4th January 2025
