What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an additional part-time School Administrator for our school. The School Administrator will work alongside the School Business Manager. The appointment will be for 8 hours per week, which will be Monday and Wednesday from 8:30am to 12:30pm. This is a Term-Time Only (TTO) + 1 week contract, which includes 2 staff training days each year.

The post holder will be expected to provide an effective administrative support service to the Headteacher and the School.

The post holder will work within the busy environment of the school office managing the administration for the school, providing an administrative and reception service, where excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are essential in order to handle the variety of tasks the need to be undertaken. Experience of working in a school office or dealing with health and safety and confidential information would be advantageous. A full job description and person specification is available.
