Working pattern

Full time: The post is for 37 hours per week based on Monday to Thursday 8.15am – 4.30pm and 8.15am-3.35pm Friday; term time plus, two additional weeks to be worked during the summer break; 41 weeks per annum. The two additional weeks must include GCSE results day.

Pay scale

£26,403 to £28,598 per annum. Actual salary is calculated at £24,047 to £25,630 starting point depending on experience, any continuous service and qualifications.

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic skilled individual to support the running of the Admin Office, with a particular focus on school admissions and transition processes. This position is critical in helping the school to continue to provide a welcoming environment for our new students, visitors and parents.

The successful applicant will be responsible for working across all areas of administration and will lead on the processing of student in-year admissions and leavers, transition, and induction days. The applicant will join as part of the wider administrative support team encompassing areas such as the admin team, Attendance, Reception and Reprographics and work pro-actively to ensure an efficient and rigorous approach towards administration.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent administrator with outstanding attention detail who has a positive interest in further developing the important relationships between students, staff and parents.
