School Administrator job summary

Bailey Street Alternative Provision Academy offers educational provision to 60 pupils in Key Stages 3, and 4, who are at risk of exclusion; permanently excluded from; or are not attending mainstream school for other reasons. We are part of the Manor Hall Trust which is a growing Multi-Academy Trust whose distinctive feature is that its existence was formed between special schools, working together with the same ethos, values and aspirations.

All staff have the opportunity to feed directly into the ethos, values and development plan. The school is situated in the centre of Stafford and it has a science lab, large sports hall, fitness suite and facilities to offer alternative/vocational subjects on site. Our school has gone from strength to strength.

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and highly professional individual to support with the day-to-day operations of our busy school office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent administrative support within an educational setting.

The successful candidate will be:

  • An enthusiastic and approachable team player with excellent people skills.

  • A highly effective communicator, with the ability to develop effective relationships.
