School Administrator job summary
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible administrator with a commitment to high standards and efficiency to join our office team. The ability to multi-task is essential along with a proactive attitude.
The position will be based in our busy reception and the successful candidate will providing high quality support to students, parents and staff.
The successful candidate will:
possess an excellent telephone manner and call handling skills;
have excellent IT, organisational interpersonal skills
have a friendly and caring personality
be able to work as part of a team, as well as the ability to work under their own initiative;
have the emotional intelligence to deal with difficult and confidential situations;
possess the common sense and ability to think on their feet
be self-motivated and willing to learn
