School Administrator job summary

The school Administrator is the first line of contact for the school, they should be professional, polite, welcoming and flexible. Under the direction of the Office Manager, the post holder is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the school.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational and ICT skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic, reliable and can be flexible.
  • Ability to use own initiative, problem solve and work effectively as part of a team.
