We are looking for somebody with excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. The candidate will be flexible, adaptable, solution focused and can work as part of a team as well as independently to meet the school’s objectives. The successful candidate will be passionate about education, resilient and must have excellent communication skil
The successful candidate must hold GCSEs in Maths and English and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office in order to fulfil the requirements of this role to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and agencies
- Managing telephone calls, emails, post and internal communication
- Maintaining accurate pupil records and admissions documentation
- Supporting attendance recording, first‑day absence calls and follow‑up communication
- Preparing letters, newsletters, reports and meeting documents
- Managing stock, ordering supplies, recording purchase orders and receipting goods
- Maintaining Inventry, door access systems and school uniform processes
- Providing administrative support for events, parents’ evenings, welfare tasks and First Aid needs
- Supporting social media updates, website maintenance and school communications

Winston Way is a three form entry primary school in Ilford, East London. The school caters for children from Nursery to Year 6 (3-11 year olds) with 660 children currently on roll. Winston Way Academy is part of United Learning, a large multi-academy trust across England, who believe that everyone can strive for excellence.
