We are a happy, nurturing and ambitious school community.
We are seeking an experienced, energetic and dedicated person to join our team working within the school reception office.
The successful candidates will:
- Have experience working in an educational setting.
- Haveexcellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Be resilient, flexible and proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting and welcoming and providing initial assistance.
- Maintain attendance records for pupils.
- Maintain the pupil medical register
- Ensure that reception duties are covered throughout the school day by working with the Office Manager.
- Deal with and respond to a variety of contact from pupils, parents and visitors including direct telephone and written correspondence ensuring clear, precise and accurate communication.
