Term-Time + Training Days. Part Time 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 - 16:00.
Are you an experienced administrator who understands the rhythm of school life and enjoys making a positive impact every day?
We are looking for a highly organised and professional administrator to join our friendly primary school team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the pace and demands of a busy working environment and is committed to providing excellent support to pupils, families and colleagues. While experience of working in a primary school would be an advantage, we also welcome applications from candidates with strong administrative experience and transferable skills gained in other fast-paced settings. Working at the heart of the school, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, delivering a welcoming, efficient and professional service. About You
To be a good fit for this role, you will be:
- Welcoming and approachable, creating a positive first impression for pupils parents staff and visitors while reflecting the values of the school
- Highly organised and reliable, able to manage a varied workload effectively while maintaining accuracy confidentiality and attention to detail
- A confident communicator, building positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, colleagues and external agencies
- Proactive and flexible, working calmly in a busy school environment and supporting the day to day needs of the school and wider team
- An experienced administrator with a strong understanding of primary school systems, processes and the demands of a busy school environment
