What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Responsibilities
- Financial management, including budget monitoring, forecasting and reporting
- Overseeing procurement, contracts and value‑for‑money arrangements
- Managing premises, health and safety, and compliance requirements
- Supporting HR administration, including staffing records and payroll liaison
- Providing professional advice to School Leaders on financial and operational matters
- Line management of relevant administrative staff
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in School finance or a similar financial/operational role
- Is organised, analytical and confident working with budgets and financial systems
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Is able to work collaboratively while also managing their own workload effectively
- Understands (or is keen to develop knowledge of) the Education sector
