School Business Assistant - Data and Exams job summary

Actual Salary £9,022

15 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 weeks per year)

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our school as a School Business Assistant with responsibility for supporting data and examinations. Working closely with colleagues across the school, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate student information and supporting the successful delivery of examination and assessment processes that contribute to positive outcomes for students.

The successful candidate will:

  • To support the administration and maintenance of the school's Management Information System (MIS) and associated data systems.
  • To assist in the collection, validation and reporting of assessment and student data to support student achievement and school improvement.
  • To support the efficient administration of internal and external examinations in accordance with JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements.
