School Business Lead job summary

About Us:

Walton Peak Flying High Academy is a warm, welcoming, and ambitious primary and nursery school in Chesterfield. Proudly part of the Flying High Partnership, our school has undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years and was graded Good in all areas by Ofsted in 2024.

We are incredibly proud of our school, and that pride is shared by our staff, pupils, and families. In our most recent Ofsted inspection (March 2024), the school was judged GOOD in all areas. Inspectors noted that “Pupils appreciate the school’s warm and welcoming environment, where everyone and every day matters. Parents and carers know that staff go the extra mile to make sure that pupils feel valued and happy. Pupils want to come to school because, as one of them was eager to explain, ‘it will make them smart for the future.’”

At Walton Peak, we create a safe, happy, and positive environment where children can learn and flourish. We set high expectations for ourselves and our pupils, and we work tirelessly to ensure every child is supported to reach their full potential.
