About this Role

Following an exciting period of organisational development, we have a School Business Manager opportunity available at Wath Victoria Primary School.

As School Business Manager, you will be a key member of the school's leadership team, working closely with the Headteacher and the wider James Montgomery Academy Trust network to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the school.

This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of school life. You will lead administrative services, oversee financial processes, coordinate HR and recruitment activities, manage compliance and safeguarding systems, and work alongside site and catering teams to maintain a safe, welcoming and high-quality environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

We are seeking an organised, proactive and solutions-focused professional who thrives in a busy environment and has the confidence to lead teams, manage competing priorities and continuously improve systems and processes. You will bring strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service across all aspects of school operations.
