School Business Manager job summary
SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER
We require an experienced School Business Manager. The Business Manager is the most senior support staff professional in school whose role is to provide comprehensive support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the school meets its educational aims and objectives by leading and managing first class business and corporate service functions.
The Business Manager role will also interface extensively with and be a key partner to, our Trust Chief Financial and Operations Officer and Central Team.
The successful candidate will line manage and oversee the School’s Administration, Reprographics, the Midday Supervisory Team, HR, and Facilities and Premises. They will also work closely with the IT team and Finance.
The successful candidate will also oversee the school’s finance and budgetary activities in partnership with our Trust Executive team.
The appointment is full time (37 hours) 52 weeks per year.
Salary
NJC Grade 14, scale point 44 – 49 (£53,895 - £59,516 per annum)
