School Business Manager Level 2 job summary
**ADVERTISING ON BEHALF OF MARLAND HILL PRIMARY SCHOOL**
The governing board of Marland Hill Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated School Business Manager Level 2 to play a key strategic role as part of the senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic financial management of the school. The central focus of this role will be the management of the financial and resource provisions, with accountability for systems, processes and procedures relating to budget, finance, administration, HR, premises, health and safety and ICT.
The role requires a positive, dynamic, adaptive manager who can successfully lead colleagues to excel in their area of responsibility and provide quality assurance across all support areas.

Marland Hill School is a two form entry primary school situated in a state of the art PFI school. The school is a resource base for hearing impaired pupils.
