What skills and experience we're looking for
Financial Management:Overseeing the school’s budget, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing regular financial reports to the Headteacher and Governors.
Administration and HR:Managing administrative processes and HR functions, including staff recruitment, development, and maintaining HR records and personnel files. Arranging and diary management of staff CPD.
Premises Management:Ensuring the school premises are well-maintained, secure, and compliant with Health and Safety standards.
The ideal candidate will be:
Experienced: With a proven track record in managing budgets, financial planning, and reporting. Knowledge in procurement, contract management, and building maintenance is desirable.
- Skilled: Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. A strategic thinker and effective communicator who can adapt to the dynamic school environment.
- Knowledgeable: A sound understanding of safeguarding practices, GDPR, and Health and Safety policies.
- Committed: Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality. Someone who can positively engage with our friendly school community.
