This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to lead and manage the school's financial, operational and support services, ensuring that resources are used effectively to deliver the very best outcomes for our pupils. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher and Governing Body, providing leadership across finance, HR, health and safety, premises, ICT, administration and compliance.
We are looking for a candidate who:
Has significant experience in financial management, budget planning and forecasting.
Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.
Has experience of operational, premises and health and safety management.
Understands HR processes, compliance and organisational development.
Can think strategically while delivering practical solutions.
Is committed to the vision, values and ethos of Severne Junior, Infant (NC) School.
