Experience of working in a school environment
Experience in a managerial capacity
Experience of working as an Office or School Business Manager
Excellent financial/budget management skills
Excellent knowledge of schools' finance, HR, property management
Willing to improve your own skills, learn how our school and the
wider education system works, and seek
for us where you can?
Is a strategic and solution-based thinker.
Good communication skills
Excellent ICT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
Flexibility in adapting to the changing needs of the school on its
road to improvement.
