What skills and experience we're looking for
The ideal applicant will work closely with the headteacher and our talented team at St Faith & St Martin Church of England Junior School. The Business Manager will be responsible for operational functions within the school including finance, HR, premises, contracts and Health & Safety.
The role includes:
- Working closely with the headteacher, senior leadership team and Governors; • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills; • Being flexible to the needs of the school; • Providing accurate and timely financial reporting ensuring compliance with legal requirements and appropriate systems and policies. • Providing line management for the office administrator and Midday supervisors. • Managing 3rd party supply contracts including IT, HR, and catering, ensuring high quality service and value for money procurement.

This salary is Grade 9 (Pts 24- 27) £34,723 - £38,295. This post is for 52 weeks and for 37 hours per week – holidays must be taken during the school holidays.
