School Business Officer (Examinations) job summary

Grade 8 £28,797 to £30,708 per annum pro rata

27 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

Working pattern to be negotiated but will include longer working hours at key points during the year such as the summer examination period

The focus of the role will be to lead and administer all arrangements for external and internal examinations. You will be responsible for coordinating the team of invigilators, making entries for examinations, communicating with students and staff, submitting coursework and ensuring that examinations run smoothly.

We are looking for a highly organised and personable individual, with an eye for detail, who can effectively prioritise and manage their work. Experience in the role of an examinations officer is preferable and the ability to work with databases, excel and SIMS would be advantageous. Actual salary is £19,002 to £20,263 per annum.
