Job Overview:
Boroughbridge High School is seeking a self-motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our highly supportive site team. The role involves overseeing a small team of in-house cleaners, ensuring the school is maintained to high standards. This position is a key holder role, responsible for evening lock-up and may involve emergency call-outs on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, supervise, and provide guidance to a team of cleaners.
- Undertake general cleaning duties.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks to a high standard.

Requirements:
- Experience in cleaning and supervising a team beneficial.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.

- Enhanced DBS check required.
