School Cook job summary

22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am to 1:30pm )

Term Time only + 1 additional week

We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our kitchen team.

Working in our school kitchen you will prepare and serve healthy high quality meals on a daily basis, whilst maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen in accordance with the School Food Standards. The successful applicant will hold a Level 2 in Food Hygiene, have undertaken recent Food Allergen Awareness Training and be willing to undertake relevant training as and when required. Experience of cooking for large numbers is desirable.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
