School Counsellor job summary
Crucial counselling role developing to meet the identified and growing need to support young people in our south Croydon-based primary trust schools and beyond.
The successful candidate will have an advanced awareness of the educational risk factors associated with issues faced by our young people and the statutory responsibilities of schools and local authorities in responding to these. He/she will have experience of working as a School Counsellor for either a local authority or other setting and be able to demonstrate the skills and confidence to work proactively with vulnerable students and their families.
