  • A qualified counsellor (Diploma/Degree level or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children or young people (school or AP experience desirable)
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and mental health
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with vulnerable students

As our School Counsellor, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 counselling to students with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs
  • Support students dealing with trauma, anxiety, behaviour challenges, and personal difficulties
  • Work closely with our safeguarding and pastoral teams
  • Contribute to a safe, nurturing and supportive school environment
  • Deliver group interventions and wellbeing workshops
