Manor Primary School is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every child and adult can succeed. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic School Finance Administrator to join our team and contribute to the smooth running of our administrative services.
The school office is a very busy environment and the role includes a wide range of office and finance duties coupled with interaction with pupils and parents. Knowledge of SIMS and FMS would be an advantage however training would be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage general office administration tasks including typing, email management, photocopying, data entry, and message delivery.
• Keep the school website up-to-date and encourage community engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance and manage parental visits.
• Maintain and update pupil and staff records using SIMs and other systems.
• Assist with financial tasks such as processing purchase orders, invoices, and handling school finances
