2. Guiding Headteachers: You’ll be the go-to person for financial advice, working closely with Headteachers to optimize spending and ensure sustainability. Your insights will directly impact the educational experience of students.

3. Adaptability: Our schools are diverse, and so is this role. You’ll advise on capital projects, review staffing costs, perform financial viability study's and provide excellent customer service—an extension of our finance team.

4. Qualifications and Experience: While a full accounting qualification is ideal, we also welcome candidates with relevant experience in the education sector. Multi-site exposure and strong financial acumen are essential.

5. Effective Communication: You’ll translate complex financial jargon into clear, actionable insights. Whether it’s a stakeholder meeting or a chat with non-finance staff, your communication skills will shine.

6. Desirable Location: Our schools are centrally located in Birmingham, Solihull and Warwickshire. A car driver would be essential.
