Working collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies, you will deliver targeted, early intervention support that removes barriers to education, strengthens relationships, and raises aspirations - ensuring every student is supported to thrive both academically and personally.

What we're looking for:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths 
  • Experience working with children or young people 
  • Understanding of barriers to learning and inclusion

About de Stafford School

de Stafford is an 11-16 comprehensive school
located in Caterham, Surrey which joined GLF Schools MAT in December 2016. The
school has a PAN of 180 students per year group. The school serves
predominantly the local Caterham community with the majority of students
residing within the CR3 catchment area.

The Details

Start Date: 1st September 2026

Salary: GLF Specialist Point 1 (£27,061) to Point 16 (£35,984) - dependent on experience

Actual Salary: £22,633.74 to £30,096.91 (dependent on experience) 

Hours: 35hrs per week - 08:30-16:00 Mon to Fri (term time only) 

Closing Date: 9am - Mon 8th June
