What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit a new School Improvement and Development Director, to drive success and improvement within the Trust.
Trinitas Academy Trust is an exciting development combining five Primary schools, one secondary school and one special school in Kent. The Trust is a family of schools where strong Christian values are at the centre of everything they do, ensuring high quality education for all our children, building on current success, and striving for greater stability and security of achievement and attainment. The resources of all schools are used to provide a stimulating learning environment which inspires children to do their best.

The role of the School Improvement and Development Director is to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the Trust’s strategic aims which is to improve educational performance in all academies through highly effective school improvement.
The School Improvement and Development Director will be expected to:
Effect consistent educational improvement across Trinitas Academy Trust, in order to secure the very best for pupils.
- Lead, manage and co-ordinate the work of all colleagues involved in school improvement across all phases and have a strategic overview of school improvement across the Trust, ensuring that robust systems are in place.
Be responsible for the work of school improvement, safeguarding, quality assurance, standards, and overall effectiveness across all schools in the Trust.
- Have Line management responsibility of the Trust’s lead for safeguarding.
